CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time; failure to provide such notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee. Any client who does not appear for their scheduled appointment without prior notification (no-call, no-show) will be charged 100% of the full service fee. Services cancelled more than 24 hours in advance will incur no penalty. I understand that circumstances change and I am committed to working with my clients in good faith to accommodate reasonable requests made within this framework.
